And I will tell you, it was a joy to work with him. I think primarily really because he wasn't pushy. He presented us with information, presented us with what he could offer, but then really kind of took a step back and let us make the decision. And when it comes to finances, for me and for my husband, that's super important that we not feel the pressure, but we really and truly are armed with information and then able to make the decision that is best for our family. And that's exactly what Chris did. Then when we decided to use his services, he took care of everything. And really and truly, we showed up. We signed paperwork. During the paperwork process, we did have a couple additional questions. Chris was right there, accessible, willing to get the answers to us. And it was really an effortless process. He wasn't just trying to get money for himself and sell us whatever made him look good or got him the most money. He wanted to work with us, and he wasn't going to try and take advantage of us. And he told us how things worked, explained things to us, and got us the best mortgage for us. And that meant a lot to us. It's really important. He found ways to make things work for us. He was always available, even when he was on the beach or wherever. Any time of the day, we give him a call. We had a question. He worked with us. No question was too stupid. He understood where he walked with us. Originally, we weren't looking to do a refi, but during a conversation, Chris said, hey, what if I can lower your interest rate by one percent? So we had a meeting with Chris, and sure enough, he was able to lower our interest rate on our mortgage by one percent. Now, during that process, it was, everything went very smooth. Chris was open, honest, and communicated very well and kept us informed of where we were at, you know, in that process. So if you're looking for a reputable mortgage company to, you know, to take out a mortgage or do a refi, I definitely recommend Chris with Valor Mortgage. Aaron describes one refinance in 2020. Rates were different then, and a refinance may not lower your rate.
